Thirteen garden railroads are featured and organized by region in the Kansas City area.
This year there are three tour dates on Saturdays - July 12, July 26, and August 23 from 8am to 4pm.
Tour schedule allows time to experience each garden. Visit with our members and others attending, which makes each stop enjoyable.
Members at tour stops are eager to give information about starting and maintaining a garden.
For experienced garden railroaders attending, it's always fun to share information.

Some tour stops offer a scavenger hunt where you are given a list of items to try and spot in a railroad layout.
Take pictures to capture all the visual effects of trains moving among the plants, trees, bridges, tunnels, buildings and water features.
Admission fee is only $10.00 a car.
Not only is this a fun event but fifty percent of the proceeds are donated to Harvesters Community Food Network.
